This project delivered a full-house EWI wrap to a semi-detached home in Eltham, London. Mineral wool insulation fitted across the main property, finished in a grey silicone render top coat, with a further render-only finish applied to the rear extension to match. The transformation was completed with a full roofline refresh — brand new fascias, soffits, gutters, and downpipes fitted to the front, side, and rear — for a cohesive, energy-efficient, and fully refreshed exterior.
