Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit an inquiry, contact form, or request a quote. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type for site operation and security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, deliver services, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Render Visualiser Photos

Our render colour visualiser shows colours on photos of our own completed projects. If we offer the option to preview a colour on a photo of your home, a photo you upload is sent, over an encrypted connection, to Google's Gemini image service to produce the preview, and the preview is returned to your browser. We do not store your photo or the preview on our servers, and we do not use them for any other purpose. Google processes the image under its API terms and does not use it to train its models. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and avoid photos that clearly show people or vehicle registration plates. Previews of our own sample houses are cached so they load instantly for other visitors; they contain no personal data.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The cookies and similar storage we use fall into two categories:

Strictly necessary — always active, as the site cannot work without them: a sign-in cookie for site administrators (admin_token, up to 30 days) and a cookie recording your cookie choice (apex_cookie_consent, 6 months).

Functional — stored only with your consent: your light/dark theme choice (apex_theme), your last-used project filters (apex_projects_view), both kept for 6 months, and temporary in-browser copies of unfinished form entries (contact form and quote calculators) that are deleted when you submit the form or close your browser tab.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer — declining functional cookies removes any already stored. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings. For a full list of every cookie we set and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

Your Rights
